SDG Strategy LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the 360 Tech Box white-label field technology platform for businesses and their teams. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.

Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide and operate the platform:

• Account information: Your name and email address, used for authentication and communication.
• Usage data: How you interact with the platform, including tool usage and session activity.
• Voice and text input: Content you submit through the AI Assistant and Voice Reports tools, processed to generate responses and transcriptions.
• Location data: GPS coordinates captured through the Time Reporting tool when you clock in or out. Location data is only collected with your device's permission.
• Organization data: Information about your organization, its configuration, and its users, as entered by administrators.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and provide access to the platform
• To operate and deliver the features of each tool
• To generate AI responses and transcriptions using third-party AI services
• To provide usage reports and records to your organization's administrators
• To maintain the security and integrity of the platform

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform. Your data may be processed by these providers in accordance with their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase: Authentication and data storage
• Cloudflare: Hosting, content delivery, and serverless compute
• Anthropic: AI language model processing (AI Assistant). Anthropic does not use API data to train its models by default.
• OpenAI: Voice transcription and text-to-speech processing (Voice Reports). OpenAI does not use API data to train its models by default.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If your organization's account is closed, your data will be deleted within 90 days. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, please contact your organization's administrator or reach out to us directly.

Children's Privacy

Our platform is intended for use by business professionals and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify affected users of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
